    The Office Assistant assists Admin|DON|BM and Office Manager with routine clerical|office and computer related tasks to include but limited to filing, shredding and data entry, including processing workflow tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications

    1. Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
    2. Six months medical records experience in a clinic, hospital, or home health setting is preferred.
    3. Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    4. Must have exceptional customer service skills and be able to communicate well with referral sources, patients, family members, and branch employees.
    5. Must have/maintain a valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
    6. Must be flexible with work schedule.
