  • Overview

    The Telemonitoring Coordinator oversees the telemonitoring program. Serves as a lead for Carelink staff dedicated to the telemonitoring program. This

    includes ensuring all team staff are skilled and informed and that they are committed to providing quality care in an efficient manner. Oversee tracking of

    program performance, outcomes and report findings.

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience

    • 1 year clinical experience
    • Home Health experience preferred
    • Current LVN licensure in all states telemonitoring services are provided

    • Know ledgeable of home care accreditation and compliance guidelines

    • Computer proficiency (limited Microsoft excel)
