    Additional Details

    1. Internal Sales Process
      • May be designated to manage inquiry calls
      • Performs family consultation visits as assigned
      • If directed, participates in the sales process of potential clients
      • Mailings, follow-up for potential clients

     

    1. Case Management
      • Coordinates and ensures the scheduling of client cases on a daily basis. This includes:
        • Selecting the appropriate caregiver
        • Providing orientation to the caregiver if unfamiliar with the case
        • Communicating with the family or client on an ongoing basis regarding staffing
      • Ensures that “Steps to Success” to enhance customer satisfaction are followed in the office
      • Participates in the orientation of new caregivers
      • Ensures computer data is updated and accurate for client schedules and employee availability
      • Anticipates staffing needs and works with the IHPD to ensure that an adequate pool of employees is
      • Ensures that all clients requested services hours are staffed with appropriate personnel
      • Follows all  Almost  Family    policies  and  procedures and    state/funded programs  as appropriate
      • Continually monitors customer satisfaction and informs the IHPD of any issues related to customer satisfaction
      • Keeps the IHPD informed of any employee/client incidents and works with the IHPD to bring resolution to any identified problems
      • Performs on-site home visits as needed
      • Ensures on-site supervisory visits are conducted per policy
      • Informs the IHPD of any overtime
      • Ensures that pay rates are within the acceptable ranges
      • Responsible for coordinating, entering, and auditing payroll/billing on a weekly basis and ensuring the entry is timely and

     

    1. Human Resources
      • Responsible for interviewing and assisting with the hiring process of paraprofessional staff and in-house staff
      • Participates in the orientation process for all staff
      • Ensures that all employees are provided appropriate orientation to assignments or job
      • Ensures that prospective employees are hired and classified according to AF policies and external regulations

     

    1. Other Duties
      • Conducts pre-employment in-services
      • Maintenance of personnel files 
      • Data entry of new clients and employee
      • Compiles and maintains client files
      • Rotates Administrative call
      •  All other duties as assigned by IHPD

    Qualifications

    1. Must possess excellent communication.
    2. High School Diploma or GED.
    3. Health care experience preferred.
    4. Scheduling and data entry experience a plus.
    5. Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and clients.
    6. Desire to work with seniors, other adults with special needs, and their families.
    7. Ability to coordinate many activities at one time.
