Additional Details

  • Responsible for reconciling rent payments with our Realty Partner to ensure proper adjustments are being made on a monthly basis to appropriate landlords.
  • Oversee the process guaranteeing the timeliness and accuracy of payments for utilities, taxes and CAM charges for the entire lease portfolio and also coordinate the set up, transfer or disconnect of associated utility services.
  • Research, analyze and respond to requests from our Realty Partner, Landlords and LHC Agencies and management in a timely fashion.
  • Gather and prepare budgets, site mappings and other information used in survey request forms to help determine adequate space requirements for agencies through standardized methodologies.
  • Provide recommendations to help direct management on the feasibility of request from agencies to expand or relocate.
  • Communicate as needed with our Realty Partner to create a seamless flow of information and data in regards to the lease portfolio.
  • Responsible for the generation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Facilities Management Department.
  • Act as a liaison in helping obtain the appropriate levels of approvals and documentation for leasing agreements, signage and moving quotes.
  • Responsible for being the LHC's lead contact and resident authority of our realty partners, Prolease database system and Lease Expirations Reports.
  • Responsible for maintaining Home Office Facilities, including monthly inspections, weekly ordering of supplies, assigning tasks to custodians, storage unit inventory and coordinating interoffice moves.
  • All other duties assigned to this position by the Facility Director.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 4 years
  • General experience in facilities management, computer knowledge including Word and Excel, general leasingprinciples, strong com-munication skills both verbal and written, ability to work in a high growth and rapidlychanging organization.
